As far as we know, the month of September could be a British Takeover for new comedy specials coming to Netflix. Last week, we learned that Phil Wang is returning to Netflix for his next special, Wang In There, Baby!, on September 3rd. And this week, we've learned about acclaimed British comic Ahir Shah who's got a new special, simply titled Ends, premiering on Netflix September 10th.

In the new special Ends, Shah takes the stage from London's Royal Court Theatre to dish on class, family & multiculturalism in the UK from his grandfather's view. Peter Orton directs the new hour who previously directed Greg Davies: You Magnificent Beast & Russell Howard: Recalibrate (both on Netflix).
While across the pond, Shah has appeared in various TV shows including Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You, QI, Mock the Week and The Last Leg. Him & Wang join Jack Whitehall, Jimmy Carr & Fern Brady as fellow UK stand-up comedians who've premiered new specials on Netflix in 2024.
