"Family Guy" Is Spilling Its Guts & Celebrating 25th Anniversary In Trailer For Halloween Special

Family Guy is doing more than just celebrating spooky season this Halloween. In fact, the mega hit adult animated comedy series is celebrating 25 years on the air this year and is continuing its year long celebration with an upcoming Halloween Special premiering exclusively on Hulu October 14th. Today, the streamer debuted its trailer & poster for the gut filled special.

In the Family Guy Halloween Special, titled Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater, we find Peter Griffin and his friends aiming to unseat the reigning champion Patrick McCloskey in Quahog’s annual Pumpkin Contest by any means necessary.

All of the show's main voice cast, Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Mila Kunis, and Arif Zahir, will appear & special guest stars include rising box office & movie star Glen Powell (from Top Gun: Maverick, Anyone But You, Hit Man & Twisters) playing the "reigning champion" Patrick McCloskey and Derek Jacobi (from Gosford Park & Gladiator) playing Stewie's beloved teddy bear Ruppert.

Ahead of the new Halloween special, the show wrapped its 22nd season on FOX earlier this year with its 23rd set to premiere early next year. Alex Borstein was most recently Emmy nominated for her work on the show voicing Lois Griffin for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance.
