Actor & stand-up comedian Marlon Wayans has announced his new comedy special, Good Grief, premiering on Prime Video June 4th.
Taped at the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem, comedy meets therapy as Wayans works through his grief after recently losing both of his parents. He shares how his father taught him to be a man, the requirements to join the “Dead Mama Club,” the surprises you encounter when changing your aging parents’ diapers, and who is the funniest Wayans.
Good Grief follows his latest stand-up special released just a year and a half ago on Max, God Loves Me, as well as his previous hours You Know What It Is & his showcase series The Headliners (both on Max).

It was announced this past month at CinemaCon that Wayans' famous movie franchise, the Scary Movie series, is getting a reboot soon (no word on if he's currently involved).

The new one-hour special will premiere in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide on June 4, 2024 only on Prime Video.
