Looks like we'll be seeing another murder at The Arconia!
Hulu revealed this morning that the hit murder-mystery comedy series Only Murders In The Building has been renewed for season 5. The news comes as the show just returned for its fourth season premiere this past week.

Series co-creator & showrunner John Hoffman revealed to The Wrap that the writing team has already begun to write the newly renewed fifth season. “We’ve been keeping that a secret for about a week and a half now. It’s very exciting,” said Hoffman. “We’ve been in the writers room for Season 5 for two weeks now. So it’s pretty fast and we’re already in.”
In the currently airing fourth season, we find the main trio (Steve Martin, Martin Short, & Selena Gomez) taking a trip to Hollywood when a movie studio wants to turn their podcast into a film, while also trying to solve the murder of Sazz Pataki (played by Jane Lynch), the former stunt double of Martin’s character Charles Haden-Savage.
Among the star-studded cast for season four features Meryl Streep, Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eva Longoria, Richard Kind, Melissa McCarthy, Kumail Nanjiani, and Molly Shannon.
The hit series is also currently nominated for 21 Emmys for season three, including Outstanding Comedy Series & Outstanding Lead Actor & Actress for Martin, Short & Gomez. The 76th Emmy Awards air Sunday, September 15th on ABC with hosts Eugene Levy & Dan Levy!
