This Week In Comedy: Shane Gillis' Workplace Comedy Series, "Tires," Premieres On Netflix

This Week In Comedy: It's Tires week over at Netflix. The new workplace comedy series from the comedic minds of Shane Gillis & John McKeever finally makes its grand debut on the streamer. The independently shot & produced series marks yet another massive feat for the Secret Podcast co-host & stand-up comedian who's having a massive year & currently ranks as one of the biggest names in stand-up comedy. Joining him & the rest of the team at Valley Forge Automotive Center is Steven Gerber, Chris O'Connor, Kilah Fox & Stavros Halkias with a special guest appearance by Andrew Schulz. All six episodes premiere with the streamer this Thursday!

More on the stand-up comedy front: also heading to Netflix this week is Rachel Feinstein's newest special, Big Guy, and world-renowned stand-up comedian Franco Escomilla's newest special, Ladies Man. 800 Pound Gorilla has two new specials releaseing from Denver based stand-up comic, writer & director Zach Reinert & Los Angeles based comedian Jonny Loquasto. Reinert premieres his new special, Trains, Trains, Trains, & Loquasto premieres his new special Saudi Stepdad (both will be available for purchase here & streaming for free on 800 Pound Gorilla's YouTube channel). Plus, Brent Pella's latest special, Conscious Bro, get its accompanying comedy album releasing on Friday.

Comedian Paul Scheer releases his debut book, Joyful Recollections of Trauma, which follows a book of "a candid and hilarious memoir-in-essays on coming to terms with childhood trauma and finding the joy in embracing your authentic self, featuring content exclusive to the audio edition, including excerpts from live shows and audio clips from home movies" (available for purchase on Amazon).

And finally on the animated television front: South Park returns with its latest exclusive event, The End of Obesity, premiering on Paramount+ & Mulligan returns with Part 2 on Netflix.
