Since its debut in 2019, What We Do in the Shadows has gone onto become a critical and fan favorite series, as well as a mainstay for FX. The show is based on the hit Taika Waititi vampire film of the same name. It’s even been up for a slew of Emmy Awards practically every year.
Sadly, all good things must come to an end, as the show will be wrapping up with season six. The good news, however, is that season six is on the way. And now we finally have a first look trailer at the last season.

In this season, “After a very brief stint as a full-blown vampire, Guillermo (Harvey Guillén) is re-evaluating his life. Who is he if not a familiar who will do anything to please his Master in hopes of one day being turned into a vampire? Meanwhile, the vampires are reevaluating, too. When their former roommate reappears after a 50-year nap, they realize how little they’ve done in half a century — not one goal accomplished, not one dream pursued, not one part of the New World conquered (except for their street and part of Ashley Street).”
The show returns on October 21st on FX and will stream on Hulu, just in time for Halloween!
