Bill Hader & Duffy Boudreau To Develop New HBO Pilot

Bill Hader and Duffy Boudreau were childhood best friends, who managed to work together on some pretty high profile projects. The pair wrote multiple episodes of Documentary Now together, and later collaborated on Barry together. Now, they’re teaming up again for a new project.

That new project is a currently untitled pilot for HBO. The official logline for the pilot states that the show will be about “a woman in a small town has a big secret revealed.” Hader and Boudreau will both be writers and co-executive producers on the pilot.

Additional casting and details have not been announced yet. This pilot also shows a continued working relationship for Hader and HBO, where he did Barry for four seasons. We look forward to learning more about this show!
