Hannah Berner is set to release her debut stand-up special, We Ride At Dawn, on Netflix July 9th.

The highly anticipated special was filmed at The Fillmore in Philadelphia, PA this past March. The name of the special is an homage to Berner’s fans that have “rode” with her since the beginning. Berner tells Deadline, “I love empowering them and helping them forget their problems for at least an hour.” Berner gets personal in We Ride At Dawn as she delves into her mental health and love life while also bringing levity to politics and pop culture. Berner loves to make the audience “question norms and make fun of everything, especially myself.”

Berner is anything but hands off. She wrote and executive produced the special herself. Don’t Tell Comedy’s Kyle Kazanjian-Amory, Marissa Gallant, Brett Kushner all also executive produced the special alongside Ryan Polito. Reuter edited the special.

Berner rose through the ranks in the comedy scene through posting hilarious videos and tweets on social media. The comedian has two successful podcasts, Berner Phone and Giggly Squad which she co-hosts with Paige DeSorbo. Berner has also co-hosted a couple Bravo shows. In 2022, she was named one of Just For Laughs “New Faces Of Comedy" in Montreal. Berner was also recently named one of Variety’s “Top Ten Comics to Watch in 2023.” Berner is clearly up and coming.

This May Berner served as a correspondant for Netflix Is A Joke Festival, interviewing some of the funniest in the business. Berner is currently touring North America and Europe with her stand-up. In the Fall, Berner and DeSorbo hit the road with Giggly Squad Live: Club Giggly which is inspired by their podcast.
