Matt Friend Launches New Club Random Studios Podcast "Friend In High Places"

Comedian & viral celebrity impressionist Matt Friend has officially entered the podcasting world with his newest show Friend In High Places With Matt Friend. The new series premiered on his YouTube channel this week and debuted its first episode with first guest & show's producer, Bill Maher (who runs the Club Random Podcast Network where he also hosts his Club Random Podcast).


In the new show, Friend sets out to get to know his guests & "talk about their rise to prominence and all things life, and maybe even do a viral comedy bit or two with the people he admires most!"


During the first episode, the two comics "discuss Trump rejoining Twitter, Matt's surreal experience meeting Bill, the legendary stories about Johnny Carson and how he liked to party, Elon’s recent shift to the right, Kamala’s chances against Trump, how today’s polarized media is like the early days of the American republic, J.D. Vance’s favorite kind of couch, controversial jokes post 9-11, what Bill would change about Gen Z, Bill’s ability to predict political events, comparing him to "The Simpsons," known for their predictions, Bill’s impact on younger generations, Bill quitting stand-up, Donald Trump and Howard Stern talk to Bill, F-Marry-Kill with a twist, and Bill’s career advice to Matt."


Ahead of the podcast's premiere, Friend has been making some notable appearances as a red carpet correspondent showing off his comical & masterful impressions at The Golden Globes, Jerry Seinfeld's Unfrosted premiere, & The SAG Awards to name a few.
