This Week In Comedy: Jerry Seinfeld's Starring & Directorial Debut "Unfrosted" Premieres On Netflix

This Week In Comedy: Netflix is taking comedy to a whole other level this week with the help of Jerry Seinfeld, Katt Williams, Tom Brady, John Mulaney and of course: Netflix Is A Joke Fest officially kicking off!

Jerry Seinfeld's anticipated new film, Unfrosted, telling the story of America's favorite pastry, Poptarts, hits Netflix. The new movie set in Michigan of 1963 follows the sworn rivalry between Kellogg's and Post in a race to create a pastry that will change the face of breakfast forever. A tale of ambition, betrayal, sugar, and menacing milkmen.

Netflix is stepping up their game in the live streaming space with three live comedy events all taking place during this year's Netflix Is A Joke Fest (which you can catch 800 Pound Gorilla News covering over the course of the whole festival).

• John Mulaney kicks things off first on Friday (before his visit with David Letterman on Tuesday) with his live comedy series where he's taking to the streets of LA with his famous comedian friends and more in the series, John Mulaney Presents: Everybody's In LA.
• Katt Williams is holding nothing back and will likely have a lot to say in Netflix's second live stream comedy special, Woke Foke, airing this Saturday.
• Tom Brady, the legendary NFL quarterback, is the subject & target of what is set to be the Greatest Roast of all Time (G.R.O.A.T.) in The Roast of Tom Brady airing live this Sunday with host Kevin Hart, roastmaster Jeff Ross & many more surprise guests to be announced.

Hacks, the critically acclaimed comedy series on Max starring Jean Smart & Hannah Einbinder, returns for its third season. Saturday Night Live is back with a new episode with Dua Lipa doing double duty as host & musical guest. The Fall Guy, the new action rom-com starring a unique Barbenheimer duo Ryan Gosling & Emily Blunt, opens in theaters everywhere this Friday.
