Comedians, podcasters & frequent collaborators Mo Welch & Beth Stelling have announced their latest project together. The two comics are teaming up for a new podcast called Sweethearts in partnership with All Things Comedy, premiering Wednesday, May 1st.
In their new show, the Midwestern born stand up comedians invite fans to examine life's sweet and sour moments through candy, donuts, cookies, romcoms, love, sex dentistry and much more. The newly released trailer teases some of the closer looks the two comics have to share from each of their funny dating histories while combining their love for sweet treats.
The new show joins the All Things Comedy Podcast Network in company with shows like Chad Daniels & Kelsey Cook's Pretend Problems Podcast, Al Madrigal & Jay Larson's The Dust-Up Podcast, Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast, Anthony Jeselnik’s Jeselnik and Rosenthal Vanity Project, Jim Jeffries' I Don't Know About That, Stavros Halkias' Stravy's World, Bobby Lee & Khayla Kuhn's Tigerbelly & more.
Before teaming up for the Sweethearts podcast, Mo Welch directed Beth Stelling's latest special on Netflix If You Didn't Want Me Then. The two comics have each hosted their own respective podcasts Come Out, Come Out with Mo Welch & Joanna Katcher & We Called Your Mom with Beth Stelling & Diane Stelling (Beth's mother).
Both comics are also set to perform stand-up at this year's highly anticipated Netflix Is A Joke Fest.
