Stand-up comedian Blair Socci has a hilarious new comedy special available today with 800 Pound Gorilla, Live From The Big Dog. The new hour fans are calling "life saving" & "the absolute best" - and we couldn't agree more.
In this laugh out loud new hour, Socci gives conspiracy theorists and OnlyFans fans a whimsical run for their money featuring funny jokes about Kyrie Irving’s flat earth, oat milk and rotisserie chicken over the trash to name a few in this ridiculous mix of incredulity and absurdity.
But be warned: Socci needs to give a heads up to Triscuit lovers and baseball fans. Her ultra eccentric, silly humor is relentless as well as endearing. Socci's humor will leave you shoveling shoestring fries into your mouth and wishing for men with large thighs.
Before releasing Live From The Big Dog, the LA based comic was named one of Variety's 10 Comics To Watch in 2022 & was named one of Vulture's "20 Comedians You Should Know In 2020." She's a paid regular at The World Famous Comedy Store and has toured with the likes of Ron Funches and Anthony Jeselnik. If you notice a particular gifting with her voice (which she points out in her hilarious special), she indeed does do voice acting for the likes of Bob’s Burgers & the Audible series Ghostwriter.
Most recently, she appeared on a rather standout episode of After Midnight With Taylor Tomlinson earlier this year where she, along with fellow panelists Brian Simpson & Kelsey Cook, dressed in tuxes like Tomlinson to her shocking yet lovely surprise.
