Joe Rogan is an indisputable name you can't ignore in stand-up comedy anywhere you go. Comedy fans know him closely for his work as founder of the Austin, Texas mainstay club Comedy Mothership, host of the massively popular & discussed Joe Rogan Experience & his frequent involvement in the #1 live comedy podcast, Kill Tony. And now, the famed stand-up comedian & podcaster is returning to Netflix with his first comedy special in six years, Burn The Boats. This time, he'll be premiering it live with the streamer on Saturday, August 3rd at 7pm PT / 9pm CT / 10pm ET.

Burn The Boats will be Rogan’s third stand-up special with Netflix and the first one to shoot live, it'll be filmed live from The Majestic Theater in San Antonio, TX. His previous Netflix comedy specials include Joe Rogan: Strange Times (2018) and Joe Rogan: Triggered (2016).

While we don't know what to expect from this new special, Rogan assures in the brief teaser above that it's just "jokes folks, just jokes" and anything goes live as seen in Netflix's previous live stream events. This marks the latest program to be streamed live on Netflix following Chris Rock's Selective Outrage and the three Netflix Is A Joke Fest live shows from earlier this year: The Roast of Tom BradyKatt Williams: Woke Foke and John Mulaney Presents: Everybody's in L.A.

Anthony Giordano is directing the new special & executive producing alongside Rogan, Jeff Sussman, Chandra Keyes, & Brady Nasfell.
